Why Work at C4?
Noah Treadway – Regional Manager
I was looking to alter my path in life. Find a company that didn’t feel like a company. I wanted to work, grow, live and prosper with a group of like minded, honest, hard working, and intelligent people. So it was simple, I left what I was doing and came to C4 and haven’t looked back since.
Mark Gilmartin, Branch Manager – Orlando
“I have been with C4 connections for almost a year. I love working for this company!!!! I get all the support that I need to be successful from every level of the C4 management team. Thank you C4 for the opportunity I have been provided!!!!”
Bruce Horstmann – St Louis
“I love working for C4 because they are a good organization with a lot of talented and professional people. The corporate staff takes care of their team and seems to always be there to help. It is family-oriented, and C4 is a fun place to work. I came into C4 not expecting much and not knowing where my future would go. I have found myself running one of the top offices in the company. I look forward to a long and rewarding career with C4.”
In the C4 Spotlight:
Our last spotlight showcased a manager that proved it’s great to try new things and this manager is no different. Bruce came on board to make a little extra cash and took full advantage of the chance to be his own boss.
Bruce joined C4 in September of 2008 as a part time sales agent and rapidly advanced due to his determination and work ethic. Bruce has a background in criminal justice, sales, and construction and within 30 days of being with C4 he decided to make a lasting career for himself.
In December 2008 Bruce committed to C4 full time and hasn’t let off the gas since. In his first full year Bruce was 2nd in total sales companywide and was voted as the C4 MVP. Bruce opened two offices that year (Nashville and Chicago) as well as running his home office of St. Louis and evolved into a district manager role. He finished 4th in total sales in 2010, 1st in total sales in 2011 and 2nd overall in 2012. In C4 we present Comma Club awards to any agent that reaches $1,000 in personal sales in a single week. Bruce has accomplished this feat a staggering 78 times which is a solid indication of his persistence and dedication.
Bruce has continued to successfully run the St. Louis office and has branched into a regional role this past year. He believes in leading by example, setting and achieving high goals for himself and his team, and staying committed to growing his office one sale at a time. The opportunity is there if you want it and Bruce definitely wanted it. Bruce’s story is quite inspirational and not likely to be duplicated… Or is it? What’s your story?
