C4 Connections is a major player in the world of direct sales.We are currently one of the highest-rated and highest-producing sales agents for the largest telecommunications company in the world, where we were responsible for one third of all sales made out of the direct sales channel. On top of the success in volume, we have also posted the highest quality scores while maintaining the lowest cancellation rate of any of the major players. We take quality seriously.We have grown successful sales teams for many large cable and telecommunications companies over the years including DirecTV, Time Warner, CenturyTel, Embarq, Frontier, and Suddenlink to name just a few. Our expertise has brought great results to each of these companies and has established C4 Connections as the name to call in the direct sales world.
C4 Connections, LLC is not just limited to the telecommunications world. We’ve made our mark in the Energy world as well, opening offices in multiple major markets. Through our sales expertise, we’ve quickly proven that C4 Connections, LLC means quality and success.
Our Leadership
Prior to founding C4 Connections, in May 2003, Rob was the Regional Vice President for Charter Communications’ National Region. Previous to that Rob served as Vice President/General Manager of Operations for the Los Angeles Region, during which time he also served as a two-time president for the Southern California Cable Association along with many other telecommunication industry-related association positions. He received his degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth School of Business.
Todd Rumbo – Vice President
As Vice President for C4 Connections, Todd brings a diverse background of sales and distribution tactics to his role of managing field operations. Prior to joining C4 Connections, Todd served as Director of Sales-Midwest Division at Charter Communications, Inc for thirteen years. During that time, he managed the complete sales lifecycle for the direct and retail sales channels generating over $25 million in annual sales revenue. Prior to Charter, Todd held sales management and account executive positions in multiple consumer service industries. He received a B.A. degree from Lindenwood University in St. Louis, MO.
Mike Schwietz – Vice President
Mike has over 25 years experience in the direct sales industry in both sales and sales management roles. Prior to joining C4 Connections in 2003, Mike was President of Stampede Marketing Group, a successful manufacturers’ rep organization for the cleaning industry, covering the southern U.S. He has a degree in International Business from U.S. International/Alliant University in San Diego, CA where he also played Division One Ice Hockey. Mr. Schwietz currently makes his home in Dallas TX.
Kevin Feeney – Vice President
Kevin joined C4 Connections in January of 2007 after spending two years at Charter Communications where he focused on marketing and marketing analysis. Prior to that, Kevin spent time with Citi as a Systems Developer for their internal teams and Afterhours Formalwear as a consultant in their marketing department. While living in Atlanta he worked with Blue Sky Communications and helped roll out wireless phone service in American Samoa and high-speed Internet over phone lines in existing structures in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Kevin received a B.B.A. degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia.
